We manufacture composite products from glass reinforced plastic (GRP, FRP) and dual-laminate (GRP with a chemical-resistant layer of thermoplastic material: PE, PP, PVC, ECTFE, PVDF, PFA, FEP, MFA).

Vessels and Apparatus: Constructed from GRP or dual-laminate: transport tanks, pressure vessels, scrubbers, bioreactors, absorbers, chimneys, tanks suitable for demanding media, and much more. These products are industrially used for storing solids and liquids, chemical processes, or gas purification. Our products can be equipped with additional elements during production such as thermal insulation, cooling and heating systems, early leak detection systems, steel elements, grounding installation, support elements, connections, ladders, railings, gratings and anti-slip layers, level indicators, and various types of internal fittings: demisters, filters, agitators, drip trays, aeration systems, vortex breakers, spray nozzles, immersion pipes, nozzles, and many more.

ZPiping Systems and Pipelines: Excelling in demanding processes, our systems can be adapted for conveying aggressive substances, high-temperature media, or highly abrasive materials. They provide ideal solutions in highly corrosive conditions. Available in a wide range of materials and sizes, both in GRP and dual-laminate technologies. Standard components are manufactured according to DIN 16965 and 16966 standards for glass-reinforced plastics pipes and fittings, and upon request, we produce pipes and fittings that comply with other standards. We offer a full range of services for delivering piping systems: pipeline design with structural response assessment and system stress analysis based on international norms and standards, component production, prefabrication of fittings (spooling, skid piping), and installation of piping systems with necessary steel supporting structures.

Fluoropolymer Linings: Offering excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature resistance, fluoropolymer linings are used in tanks, equipment, and fittings in very difficult or demanding process conditions as a layer in direct contact with the medium. Available in three variants: sheet lining, fix point lining or loose inserts (loose lining).

Stacks (chimneys): We provide composite systems for exhaust gas and post-process gas disposal.

Custom Equipment: In addition to our standard product offerings, we specialize in manufacturing complex structures tailored to our customers' unique specifications. This includes cathode and anode headers for electrolysis, special fire-safe ducting solutions (microchip factories ventilation), systems for exhaust and post-process gas disposal, non standard shapes and sizes equipment, internal equipment for process vessels, all crafted according to custom designs.
